5.8 How to make a purchase in the Golden Premier Club Online Shop
A.) Customer visualizes and selects the product he/she wants to buy.

G) To receive the product at home (only in those countries where shipment is available. See list of countries in the "Shipment" tab on the "Customer services" menu). On the virtual office (customer must press the "ship" tab and select which items he/she wants to receive, and then by pressing the "Shipment" option in the menu "Customer services" the customer will be able to select an address where he/she will receive them.
H.) Customer will then receive an invoice of purchase of the Product.

6.1 The general conditions of this contract are aimed at buying gold in the form of gold bullion bars and / or gold coins as investment, (the Product).
6.2 Golden Premier Club sells investment gold bars under the name "London Good Delivery". These are investment gold bullion bars with the approval of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) which are accepted in international stock transactions without limitation. The designation "London Good Delivery" proves that a refinery meets the strict quality requirements in order to commercialize standardized gold bullion bars anywhere in the world. Refineries that meet the criteria of the LBMA are listed in the "LBMA Good Delivery List".
"London Good Delivery" Gold bullion bars have a purity ranging from 995 to 999.9 parts per 1000 of fine gold and has some marks on the ingot: Serial No., refiner stamp, purity and other information.
Golden Premier Club sells gold bullion bars of: 1 g, 2 g, 2,5gr, 5g, 10g, 20g, 31,10gr, 50gr, 100gr. through its online store.
6.3 The photographs showing the products are provided for information purposes only. The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of information contained in the packaging provided by the refinery itself. The differences between the pictures and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products in the online store may differ from the actual product color as the resolution settings of your PC may vary.
7. CONFIRMATION OF PRODUCT THROUGH ORDER
7.1 The Customer shall confirm the order by "clicking" FINALIZE, ACCEPT, BUY, PAY, ACTIVATE, SEND in the payment process. From this confirmation on the order is final, will be automatically registered, and Golden Premier Club will dispatch or guard the product.
7.2 The automatic registration of the order placed has probative value as to its nature, content and date. 8. PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
8.1 The Company shall inform the Customer, in all cases, clearly and unequivocally, the price of their products in the Golden Premier Club online shop. There will always appear two prices, as well as the means of payment. Product exact price will be determined at the time of purchase depending on the price of gold set by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). Adding all the inherent expenses and any other costs the company has to bear.
A.) The purchase price of the Product by Customer
B.) The price of repurchase of Product offered by Golden Club Premier to the Customer is not mandatory and the Customer is not bound to sell the purchased product to the Company again. It is an optional service.
C.) If the customer chooses to use the buyback service offered by the company, the customer will receive the fixed amount for the product for the time shown in the online store, in addition to its invoice. All of this information is available for the Customer to consult in the virtual office.
8.2 There are different means of payment, including bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and payment processors. All information regarding the different payment systems is available in the Customer's Virtual Office.
8.3 When payments are made through bank transfers, the Customer will take over the payment of any fees or expenses incurred for such transfers to the company. The customer must pay attention to the banking information expressed in the virtual office to perform the bank transfer successfully. If the customer makes a mistake, the funds will not be deposited into the customer's Golden Premier Club account, but rather returned back to the bank, with the customer being responsible for the corresponding return costs caused by such mistake.
8.4 Payments made through debit / credit is absolutely secure. The entire transaction is encrypted through a bank validation server that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the number of debit / credit and the expiration date are instantly encrypted on the customer's computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No person may use the data without the authorization of the Customer, since the information is unreadable. For added security, these data are not stored on our server, so the Customer shall communicate all information with each new order placed through this payment method.
8.5 The Customer shall previously pass a verification process to demonstrate to be the owner and holder of the Debit / Credit card, with this verification process being available inside the virtual office.
8.6 When the amount of a purchase is charged using the number of a debit / credit card and if the purchase had actually been made by the holder of the Debit / Credit and the customer then unduly demands the annulment of such payment to the seller, the customer shall be bound to pay compensation for damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
No debit / credit card payments with a card from a cardholder different than the registered customer who has previously and successfully passed the verification process will be allowed.
8.7 We advise and inform customers that any and all payments made to the company must be done solely by the customer, and should never deliver amounts of cash to other people, outsiders or strangers to conduct the transaction on behalf of the costumer or under the promise or agreement to pay for it.
The Customer is solely responsible for his actions and finances, absolving and exonerating Golden Premier Club from liability, by theft or monetary losses that might be incurred for breach of its obligations.
8.8 Golden Premier Club does not support cash.
9. TAXATION AND TAX RETURNS
9.1 In the implementation of existing legislation, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, the Customer declares that the money used to purchase does not come from any illegal activity, and is solely and exclusively responsible, ridding Golden Premier Club from any responsibility regarding the source of capital.
9.2 The Customer is responsible for complying with the tax laws and obligations of their country, paying taxes, plus capital gains, capital increase, if applicable, and all those obligations to which the customer is bound.
9.3 Golden Premier Club makes all information available to the Customer through its Virtual Office and is displayed in the "Purchase Discount", "Invoice Prepayment", "Purchase Invoice" and "Bill of Sale" to help customers file tax returns, capital gains and capital increase, if applicable, upon the corresponding tax agencies of every country.
9.4 Once the customer receives the product or the amount for selling the product, the customer will be the only person responsible for his/her actions.
10. PRODUCT DELIVERY
10.1 The Product will be delivered to the Customer or another person authorized by the Customer at the registered address and must prove their identity with a valid Id at the time of delivery.
10.2 Deliveries will be held in the countries that Golden Premier Club has set out in the shipments section with a period of approximately twenty (20) working days after the Customer has formally requested the delivery through the virtual office.

11. CUSTODY OF THE PRODUCT
11.1 Is a certified deposit service that provides Golden Premier Club. Its use is not mandatory and optional by each customer.
11.2 The payment rate for custody of the Product in the certificate of deposit is 1.2% annually, or 0.1% monthly customer product value. The payment rate for custody is undertaken on the first day of each month according to the products stored in the warehouse for days or part proportional to the previous month.
12. ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR PRODUCT DELIVERY
12.1 The Customer shall pay the costs of shipping. The shipping price will be billed either together with purchase, or later, as directed by the customer. Shipping costs, insurance, advertising and customer product packaging must be paid in advance by the customer before Golden Premier Club sends the product.
12.2 Expenses incurred from returning the product back to the company for providing misleading, false or incomplete information, will be responsibility of the customer, who will also be responsible for paying for a new shipment.

12.5 Shipping rates by product for different countries are detailed in the "Shipment" tab on the "Customer services" menu, which can be accessed once the client logged into the account. The rates here expressed are susceptible to changes.
13. CHANGES, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
13.1 The Customer may change the purchased product, only when the product received is not the format and weight which was originally requested. Golden premier club will send the gold shipments without guaranteeing that the products correspond to the refinery that was originally requested, always trying to send the products according to your initial preference.
13.2 For the return of the product, the customer must return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging unopened and documentation of delivery. If the Customer does not return the Product, Golden Premier Club will charge the customer for the product.
13.3 When a return is applicable, the company will send the right product for free as long as the customer previously returned the other product in the exact state and condition that it was received.
13.4 Customer must contact the support department to report the situation and make the return of the Product, following instructions from the company's support team.
13.5 The withdrawal or return of the Product may be done whenever it is communicated to Golden Premier Club, by any reliable means, within the following fourteen (14) natural days after the customer received the product.
13.6 On returning bullion related items, the customer may (at Golden Premier Club discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of Golden Premier Club.
13.7 When purchasing from Golden Premier Club, once we have issued a confirmation number, the price is locked in for you and the transaction may not be cancelled, but only offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price and or prices, is your responsibility only if your item(s) is cancelled or returned. That amount will be charged to you, plus a 80 € (EUR) cancellation fee. That is our Market Loss Policy. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Golden Premier Club.
14. BUGS ON THE WEBSITE
14.1 Golden Premier Club is not responsible for damage that might occur on the website and may prevent its use, which may be for various reasons, including system failures or technical difficuties arising from Internet service providers, or if the website is suspended for remodeling. If any of these difficulties were to occur, clients will be notified through the website for a reasonable period of time, before proceeding to its suspension. The Customer is solely liable for any claim or legal, judicial or extrajudicial action initiated by third parties against Golden Premier Club or against the Customer based on the use of this service. The customer assumes all costs, expenses and indemnities incurred to Golden Premier Club on the occasion of such claims or legal actions.
Golden Premier Club assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to the Customer's electronic equipment by possible computer viruses contracted by the Customer because of their navigation on the website, or any other damages arising out of such use.
Golden Premier Club offers no guarantee regarding the continuity or absence of errors in any of the content accessible through its website, and does not guarantee the correctness of any defect or the absence of viruses and other harmful components of the website or the server that supplies it.
15. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

16. APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT COURTS
